Lee is responsible for all work proposed and completed by Pepper CPA. These engagements include personal and business tax return preparation, tax audit representation at the federal and state level, business buyer and seller representation, tax planning and a broad range of other business consulting projects. Lee specializes in assisting entrepreneurs identify, quantify and realize business goals.

Lee’s strength is in the diversity of his experience - specifically his entrepreneurial efforts. He has owned and operated several construction companies and a real estate brokerage firm. Later in life, he augmented that experience with an accounting education and the CPA designation. Prior to founding Pepper CPA, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for a legislative branch of the Arizona government.

In late 1996 he began the practice now known as Pepper CPA LLC. He attributes the last 10 years of growth and success to hard work, his real world knowledge of business, the related accounting, financial and tax concerns of small business and the unwavering support of his family.

Lee is actively involved in church and family activities. He and his lovely wife Sherry have three children and twelve grand-children. He is an avid fly fisherman, civil war historian and golfer. He is a Viet Nam Veteran and served tours aboard the helicopter carrier USS Iwo Jima, LPH2. He holds a black belt in Judo and participated in the 1980 Olympic trials.

Todd is responsible for the financial/estate planning practice of Pepper CPA. He assists clients in creating, implementing and administrating estate, retirement, business, investment and insurance plans - which includes working with other financial professionals (attorneys, investment advisers, etc…) to ensure plan coordination. Todd also heads the firm's medical industry practice. He specializes in helping physicians and dentists manage their financial lives.

Todd has been a partner at Pepper CPA since 2002 and has been involved in the business, tax and financial advisory industry for over 10 years. He has worked with multi-national companies, a global public accounting/management consulting firm, and small business, tax and financial advisory firms. Working with large companies, small businesses and individuals gives him a unique perspective in developing solutions for our clients.

Prior to joining Pepper CPA, Todd was a project manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers consulting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and holds Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Masters of Science in Information Management (MSIM) degrees from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Todd is an Arizona native and serves actively in his church. He has been involved as a volunteer at Emily Center at Phoenix Childrens Hospital and Ozanam Manor of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. Todd, his wife Amanda and their 4 children reside in Mesa, AZ.; He enjoys fishing, football and golf.
